We are a small gift shop, and we treat your personal details the way we would want ours treated — carefully, and without fuss. This page explains exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you place an order, we take your name, mobile number, full address, and whatever you write in the order note — nothing more than a parcel needs. If you pay by bKash or Nagad, we also take the TrxID you paste in, so we can match your payment to your order. And if you post a review, we take the name, city and words you type there.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm your order (usually with a call or SMS), to wrap and deliver your parcel, and to contact you if anything comes up with that order. That is all. Your information is never used for marketing lists.
What we never do
This shop has no accounts and no passwords. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside of delivering your parcel. We run no ads and no ad trackers — we use Google Analytics cookies only to see, in aggregate, which pages and gifts are loved, and blocking them in your browser never breaks anything.
What stays on your device
Your shopping bag and favorites are saved in your own browser’s storage, on this device only. They never leave your phone — and clearing your browser data clears them too.
Ordering through Messenger or Instagram
If you order through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, that conversation lives on those platforms and follows their own privacy rules — we only keep the details needed to deliver your parcel.
