Placing an order
When you place an order on this site — or through Messenger or Instagram — it counts as an offer from you. It becomes a real order when we accept it: that is the moment your Track Order status moves from Pending approval to Order accepted. If something is out of stock or an address needs checking, we message or call you first.
Prices and delivery charges
Everything is priced in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge depends on your zone — Inside Netrakona, Inside Dhaka, or Outside city — and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you place the order. We deliver nationwide, to all 64 districts.
Ways to pay
Pay with cash on delivery when the parcel arrives, send the total by bKash or Nagad to the number shown at checkout (then paste the TrxID so we can match it), or simply order directly through Messenger or Instagram and we will confirm everything in the chat.
After you order
Once accepted, your parcel is wrapped and shipped. You can follow it any time with your order code on the Track Order page — the same statuses we see on our side. We call or SMS before delivery.
Products and photos
We photograph and inspect every product ourselves before it ships. Small differences can still exist between screens and real life — colours may show a little differently on your phone.
Reviews
Customer reviews are written by real buyers and appear after our team checks them, so nothing spammy reaches the review wall.
Returns, refunds and problems
